The lodge is hosting level 4 lessons in the month of April specifically gear toward swimmers who can swim half the pool ready for swim team.

- To participate and compete with the Lodge 88 Lionfish, your swimmer(s) may not participate in USA swimming or YMCA swimming meets or practices after March 9th, 2024. This is a rule of the Memorial Spring Branch Swim Conference. Stroke clinics hosted by USA clubs are permitted and recommended.
- Swimmers will be added on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is not complete until payment has been processed.
Volunteer Information: Please make yourself familiar with the volunteer information listed on our website.
- Parents of swimmers will be required to volunteer time for the team. Opportunities to volunteer will be available at swim meets, swim clinics, and swim practice. Those parents who do not meet volunteer requirements will not be able to sign-up for their swimmer(s) for the 2025 season.
Practice and Meet Attendance: Please be familiar with our policies around practice and meet attendance.
- While we are a recreational swim team we strongly encourage swimmers to attend as many practices as possible. This helps not only with their own skill development but also the age groups and teams flow of practice in general.
- Swimmers should attend their assigned age group practice. Our group numbers are currated to provide the best ratio's possible while also allowing as many swimmers on the team as possible. If your swimmer misses their practice they should attend their next scheduled practice day.
- We do have meets in June for our swim team. While not mandatory every swimmer should make their best effort to attend our swim meets if eligible. Swim meets provide an opportunity to have tangible skill checks on progress, an environment to grow their pier group of friends, and are a great entry point into having fun racing!
